The  problem  with planetary cloaking  is  power /distortion and dispersement

Project Miramar hopes  to  solve  this  problem  .  It  takes  a  lot  of  power to  cloak  a ship  ,which  hampers a ships  performance .With  cloaking  a  planet  that problem  in tenfold

One problem  is  power     

Atomic  power  is  to risky  because  of  Radiation contamination and disposal

Solar  to  low  and  not enough   you would  have to use  many step  up  power  converters

Matter /Antimatter easy to, produce on a  wide scale and is  controllable

TWO ; Duration  How long  can a  planet  stay completely cloaked and are  there  any  side effects from  planetary cloaking

Three ;Are  there any  dangers to  planet  population?

Four ;  How  ?

Do we use  one  massive  station  or do  we use many  smaller  stations 

Five ; Do we  use Planet or  Asteroid?
