The decesion was for a planet we picked the planet Scalos it was desided to go with matter/antimatter power units and go with ten power units and ten cloaking devices.
Population;We have taken 22000 people who are terminal, and placed them on Scalos.

We also sent volunteers to help the citzens and care for then and to give reports at what is happening on the planet surface. the volunteers where told what was going to happen and they agreed

Stage One All power stations and cloaking devices completed .

Stage two terminal citzens and volunteers in there homes Scalos in alive again

Stage ThreePower stations and cloaking devices are activated and running at 100 percent


Everythings seems tobe running normal .radiation output is nominal. no side effects so far.

The scout ship reports a small shift in the planets rotation just befor the planet went off sensors succes it works .




Day Two All systems running normal(note some citizens report getting dizzy)


Day Three System running normal .(note more reports of dizziness and activity from bed ridden citizes they are walking around






Day Four System running normal sensors indicate planet gravity is 1/4 less than normal days and nights are getting shorter




Day FivePlanetary sensors indicate rotation is speeding up no.10 cloaking station has disappeared . cloak is at 95 percent northern hemisphere growing warmmer 150.000 bodies have shown up .




Day SixPlanet rotation has doubled gavity has not changed terminal citizens getter better 95 percent cured






Day Sevenstations 1 3 8 have disappeared planet is starting to reappear but appears to be out of phase rotation has stabilized






Day EightVolunteers rapidly aging, original inhabitants never left they are still here,terminal citizes cured(note planet phasing decision has bee to terminat project miramar




Day NineThe rest of the cloaking devices have been deactivated stations 1 3 8 10 still can;t be found sensors indicate planet rotation seems to have stablized but planet can barly be read on sensors




Day Ten All citizes have died it has been descovered thatr the people on the planet have contracted the deadly disease EL7 the cdecision has been made to terminat the landing party .the scout ship spread neutron radiationover the planet we can say at this point project miramar was a resounding failure
