Unlike  Titanis 

Guardian  is  planet based with  and  orbital ring  around  the  planet .

The  hart  of the  system is  based on  the  surface of  the  planet

inside  a  mountain  or  or  other structure surrounded by 10 feet  of  krell and  beryllium steel  

totally  impervious to  any  kind  of radiation or magnetic disruption 

any  and  all attempts to get  inside guardian are  protected .

If anyone does get  inside they get  irradiated  by  berrion radiation

Guardian consist of 

600 twin pulse phasers

350 ion cannons 

200 photon torpedo launchers (each holding 100 tricolbolt torpedoes )

Phased tachion detection grid 

Polerion power leach 

A City shield system (each city or complex will have it's own shield and  phaser system completely handled  by  guardian

Nurozine (lethal for  72 hrs for  areas outside the  shielded  areas  non lethal to  animals)

The  ring  is  part  of  guardian  and  is  powered by  1 fusion  reactors  the ring  stays  incontact with  guardian  at all  times 

If the  ring is  breached  the power leach and citty defense shields /phasers are  activated nurozine is  sprayed into  the  atmosphere and  trans  port inhibitars  are  in  operation
